  1. Elapsed Time

    Add Elapsed Time for pending and active calls. Time since call had started being taken, created, dispatched, enroute, arrival, and completed. A total time elapsed field would also be nice

  2. Add times to When Occurred field; not just the date!

    Please add the ability to specify a time of day when searching Records, Call History or Calls For Service. For example, I need to know how many calls we get between the hours of 2300-0600. How do I do this without having to manually count each call?

  3. Add Personal Property for Each Inmate

    In the booking section of the jail, we need to be able to add personal property for each inmate, as an example, clothing, jewelry, cell phone cigarettes etc. so when they are released all the items listed can be released to them. We also need a ledger page for each inmate to log and balance their money accounts, as money is sent in and spent for commissary.

  4. DL Scan & Alerting

    Ability to scan drivers licenses via handheld scanner, desk scanner, etc. to autofill call information (suspect, victim, complainant, etc. and auto check records.

  5. Fix the traffic stop screen.

    allowing a traffic stop's data entry to start a new vehicle or new person if they are not in the system. OR, just remove the entry options in the bottom as they do not attach a vehicle or person.

  6. Redaction

    As part of your efforts to provide avenues for redaction, I think you all should consider the ability to redact certain alerts. For example, if someone is labeled as a diabetic, that information should only be available to medical staff or law enforcement, not the citizen that requests report information. Thanks.

    I really like the new freeze pane feature at the top of the screen, but I think it would be even better if the previous, next and return to search portion was included in it.

  8. IBR Validation

    After validation it would be nice to not have to scroll down to see if the case passed. Is it possible to give an indication whether or not there are errors in the same window that the validation notification takes place in? Thanks.

  9. CAD Sidebar with alerts & on-scene button

    Have a side bar for CAD that flashes and makes a tone (Configurable) so when a new call is assigned, all you have to do is click or touch one button to take you to the call. Allow options for updating status as well such as an 'on scene' button.

  11. Inactive units should be broken down into tabs

    It would be nice if under the inactive units the units were broken down into tabs Law, Fire, EMT, etc.

  13. Add Warrants

    Add Warrants for the offender. Have it pop up with "warrant" on the screen when the offender is entered into the ticket. Proactive safety for responding officers.
