  1. Dashboard Columns

    Submitted by Jarred Lemmon from Texas Forest Service:
    On my Dashboard, under My Active Items, we would like to see an option or column with Complainants last name or local Case or ID number. Because under it now everything shows up as "INC" Thefts, etc

  2. Add a call created field when adding a new call

    Please include a call created field when adding a new call. The agency may have a call open for awhile to get all the details then an officer calls and wants to know when the call was reported. They must close the call or take note immediately when the call is called in. See attached image for more details.

  3. Address Autofill Options

    Madison County is having an issue with address autofill that when the enter in "Wisconsin Creek Rd" or "Wet Georgia Rd" the system will default to the state abbreviation instead. The workaround for now is to "pin" the address, but this is happening enough where she can keep pinning all the affected addresses. They would like to have some control over the autofill to either get the system to stop doing this or have better control on how this is done.

  4. Vehicle Color Search Option

    It would be very helpful to add a color field when searching for a vehicle in the Vehicles table. Witnesses often see the color and make of the vehicle, but not the license plate.

  5. New Vehicle Type

    It would be great to be able to add SWIFT as a vehicle type so the agency can alert them that this was in the SWIFT system.

  6. Need to have the ability to show two separate sentencings

    Under Detention, if we have two offenses on one individual-1 in Justice Court and 1 in District Court-we need to have the ability to show two separate sentencings. Example: Sarah Schwab has been sentenced to two days of jail by Justice Court, but she is still waiting for her District Court hearing.

  7. Ability to make fields required

    It would be helpful to have the AREA field set up to be a required field. Our Dispatch & Officers often breeze right through that field since it won’t stop them from saving the record if it isn’t filled in. That is a real disadvantage when I’m compiling reports for the Sheriff.

  8. Unknown Expiration Date on Drivers License

    Could you add an ability to put down unknown expiration date on drivers license? If a person had a dl and then got suspended the expiration date is sometimes removed from cjin returns.

  9. Export Incident Information and Files

    It would be great if we had the ability to go into an incident and under the print button (or somewhere you saw fit) have the option to download the entire report package for saving to a disk. The current report format is awesome, in fact or county attorneys office commented on how they love the format. However, when we send them a case for review they need the actual files for the pictures and other attachments. So it would be nice to have the ability to not have to go into the inc and download everything individually. If there…

  10. Create privilege to allow a user other than admin to create daily logs

    BYUH is requesting a privilege to allow a specified user to create daily logs for other users. Currently only admins can do this.

  11. We should be able to search Incident Reports by Adjudication

    We should be able to search Reports by Adjudication. If a case is Adjudication Complete, and there is property (Evidence) for the case it should flag it so the process of getting a destruction order can begin.

    1. Search by Adjudication
    2. Flag Incidents with property (evidence) when Adjudication Complete is selected, so destruction orders can be obtained.
