  2. Call Taking Order on New Call screen

    Fix the new call screen order. When taking a call the order we use is as follows: Address, Phone Number, Name, Nature. The new call screen however has the address towards the end and the comments and nature first. These fields need to be changed or at least customize-able to a departments needs.

  3. Allowing verbal warnings for citations

    Would it be possible to allow violations to be added for a verbal warning? If we don't issue a written warning (our agency does not use them), it would be nice to be able to add what the individual was stopped for without having to type a narrative. That way we can pull statistics for each statute violated.

  5. Allow to search on Time as well as Date for Between Search

    User found that he needs to search on Time when using the between search. Currently you can search on date, but often it seems you need to search on time and date.

  8. Locking Incidents

    I think that it would be advantageous to be able to lock incidents so that they can't be altered. Access to reports can be made by administrative privileges or by the officer that created the report. Thanks.

    I just bought an iPad. Citadex works great on the iPad but there are a couple of sections that don't work at all while using the iPad Safari browser. In the date of birth section I can't manually enter the data birth. I can select the date of birth by scrolling through the months and the years but it is extremely time-consuming. The other section that I am having issues with is the section that allows for manual entry of the date or time that the report was initiated.   11. Department Documentation

    After the call has been taken, the comments are pulled up to give information that a deputy. The comment section of the call has been reduced to one line. This means that we have to open the call as an edit in order to see all of the comment to give information to Law enforcement. Before the update we were able to see the entire comment whether it was one line or 5. We need to be able to see the entire comment when we pull up the call.

  15. Offline Mode

    Please allow work to be performed when there is no internet!!!!!!! It is very frustrating to have to put work on paper and then come back and log it into NOVA when NOVA doesn't want to work. It is also a liability issue and concern.

  20. Audible alert when a call come in to dispatch

    It would be nice for patrol units in the field to have an audible alert when a call comes in to dispatch (on the ready to dispatch screen). If your MDT screen is down, the alert would let you know there is a pending call on the board, and we could open the screen immediately to see whats coming in. An audible sound / animation would draw attention to those changes.
