  1. You should be able to reactive a cleared call for service from history.

    Now you either have to create a new call or add information to the cleared call by editing it. There are times when a call may be cleared accidentally and if it has been you can't bring it back to the active dispatch screen to assign a unit.

  3. You should be able to remove a unit from a call and keep the call active in the que

    Now if a unit is assigned to a non-urgent call you cannot clear the unit and reassign them to a hot call without clearing the call which may not actually be completed because you diverted the unit from the call.
