Business/Building/Area Notifications
For notifications, would like to see an option where watchers can be notified if something occurs in their business/building/area instead of just notifying based on natures

Audible alert when a call come in to dispatch
It would be nice for patrol units in the field to have an audible alert when a call comes in to dispatch (on the ready to dispatch screen). If your MDT screen is down, the alert would let you know there is a pending call on the board, and we could open the screen immediately to see whats coming in. An audible sound / animation would draw attention to those changes.

Department Documentation
After the call has been taken, the comments are pulled up to give information that a deputy. The comment section of the call has been reduced to one line. This means that we have to open the call as an edit in order to see all of the comment to give information to Law enforcement. Before the update we were able to see the entire comment whether it was one line or 5. We need to be able to see the entire comment when we pull up the call.

When validating your case file it would be nice if when an error occurred, you could click on the error and it would take you to the issue and highlight it so you know what needs to be changed.

Name info Transfer from CAD
Hello, Is it possible to have the name, number address etc automatically go to the Names side of the program. Example: when dispatch takes a call they type in the name of the caller and phone number. When they go into the names module the information is not there. Therefore duel entry is needed.

IBR Validation
It would be helpful when validating a case if when validate is clicked, it would take you right to the validate section. An alternative would be to indicate as a prompt whether or not there are report errors. If a person sees that there are errors when validating an individual case then that person would automatically enter the edit screen and the error code would be present at the top of the screen.

Adding a Subject to a Calls for Service
Could a subject field be added to the calls for service tab. Be nice to tie all names to a call. Reporter and complainant fields are not the right fit in some cases.

Property Module
Better customized control over property such as categories, and item selections. Example we would like to enter something customized such as EXAMPLE: Category (Patient Belongings) Item (Pants). Just would like better control over customization of this.

Highlight changes in the History section of reports.
In the history section of Incidents it would be nice to have the changes made highlighted. I.E. I write up a report and send it to my Supervisor to proof read. When he's done I go and look at the history to see what changes he may have made and where I can improve. Currently especially with the narrative it is hard to see slight changes in the text even with a side by side view.
