Add the ability to Reopen a Call
How do more people not have this issue? We should be able to re-open a call if needed and work on that job instead of creating a new one for the same incident.

Add Warrants
Add Warrants for the offender. Have it pop up with "warrant" on the screen when the offender is entered into the ticket. Proactive safety for responding officers.

Call Taking Order on New Call screen
Fix the new call screen order. When taking a call the order we use is as follows: Address, Phone Number, Name, Nature. The new call screen however has the address towards the end and the comments and nature first. These fields need to be changed or at least customize-able to a departments needs.

Option for Reading CAD call comments on CAD Dashboard
Please create an option for reading CAD call comments quickly and on the same screen.
I know that you are supposed to be able to do so when you click on comments. I would encourage you to find a call with LOTS of comments and try to read through them. The continuous relocation that occurs makes it VERY difficult to read them thoroughly. Thank you for your work towards creating a better CAD program. Add a call created field when adding a new call
Please include a call created field when adding a new call. The agency may have a call open for awhile to get all the details then an officer calls and wants to know when the call was reported. They must close the call or take note immediately when the call is called in. See attached image for more details.

Name info Transfer from CAD
Hello, Is it possible to have the name, number address etc automatically go to the Names side of the program. Example: when dispatch takes a call they type in the name of the caller and phone number. When they go into the names module the information is not there. Therefore duel entry is needed.

CAD Sidebar with alerts & on-scene button
Have a side bar for CAD that flashes and makes a tone (Configurable) so when a new call is assigned, all you have to do is click or touch one button to take you to the call. Allow options for updating status as well such as an 'on scene' button.

Elapsed Time
Add Elapsed Time for pending and active calls. Time since call had started being taken, created, dispatched, enroute, arrival, and completed. A total time elapsed field would also be nice

Change location to a drop-down that we can modify via a code table and give ability to turn off location suggestions.

Offline Mode
Please allow work to be performed when there is no internet!!!!!!! It is very frustrating to have to put work on paper and then come back and log it into NOVA when NOVA doesn't want to work. It is also a liability issue and concern.
