  1. have involvements populate on both the name (vehicle, etc.) screen and the report screen whenever a record is involved with the report.

    Currently name (vehicle, etc.) records do not show involvements unless they are manually added to the name record even though they are listed in a CFS, TS, etc.

  2. Highlight changes in the History section of reports.

    In the history section of Incidents it would be nice to have the changes made highlighted. I.E. I write up a report and send it to my Supervisor to proof read. When he's done I go and look at the history to see what changes he may have made and where I can improve. Currently especially with the narrative it is hard to see slight changes in the text even with a side by side view.

  3. Email Report as Attachment Not Embedded

    Ability to share incident reports as an attachment in an email instead of embedded into the email.

  4. We should be able to search Incident Reports by Adjudication

    We should be able to search Reports by Adjudication. If a case is Adjudication Complete, and there is property (Evidence) for the case it should flag it so the process of getting a destruction order can begin.

    1. Search by Adjudication
    2. Flag Incidents with property (evidence) when Adjudication Complete is selected, so destruction orders can be obtained.

    It would be nice to link offenses with citations. This way you do not need to re-enter data when adding citations.

  7. Provide an option for Report / Print Redactions with granular redaction controls.

    Provide options for report printing redaction with specific granular controls; or at least provide a method for personal information redaction.

  11. Allow attachments to be emailed with the report

    It would be nice when your emailing your report it would allow you to select what attachments, if any, you would like emailed also.

  12. IBR Validation

    When validating your case file it would be nice if when an error occurred, you could click on the error and it would take you to the issue and highlight it so you know what needs to be changed.
