Locking Incidents
I think that it would be advantageous to be able to lock incidents so that they can't be altered. Access to reports can be made by administrative privileges or by the officer that created the report. Thanks.

If the traffic stop was a pretextual stop and the officer used the status of registration being canceled. and the MVD shows its not. how you edit that

That's a good idea but also remember there is a pretty specific history for each incident that show what changes were made by whom and when so that is kind of a safeguard too.
