Elapsed Time
Add Elapsed Time for pending and active calls. Time since call had started being taken, created, dispatched, enroute, arrival, and completed. A total time elapsed field would also be nice

Call Taking Order on New Call screen
Fix the new call screen order. When taking a call the order we use is as follows: Address, Phone Number, Name, Nature. The new call screen however has the address towards the end and the comments and nature first. These fields need to be changed or at least customize-able to a departments needs.

Allow attachments to be emailed with the report
It would be nice when your emailing your report it would allow you to select what attachments, if any, you would like emailed also.

Add checklists to each shift to show the officer knows their responsibilities for their shift and their work is documented.

Change location to a drop-down that we can modify via a code table and give ability to turn off location suggestions.

IBR Validation
When validating your case file it would be nice if when an error occurred, you could click on the error and it would take you to the issue and highlight it so you know what needs to be changed.

The ability to customize whether the location area defaults to Street Address or Place Name would make entering calls much faster.

When an IBR Error is shown, I want to click the error and the system show me what field is exactly wrong.

Allow to search on Time as well as Date for Between Search
User found that he needs to search on Time when using the between search. Currently you can search on date, but often it seems you need to search on time and date.

Allow Users to Delete Posts on Bulletin Board
It would be nice or each user to have the ability to delete message posts and not have to rely on the sender to delete it.

Bulletin Board Post Audio
Can we have an audible tone which would notify each user when a new post has been made to the bulletin board? It would be nice to have a tone when a CFS has been assigned to a specific deputy. Or at least have it so each user can choose weather or not to select a tone.
