Add Personal Property for Each Inmate
In the booking section of the jail, we need to be able to add personal property for each inmate, as an example, clothing, jewelry, cell phone cigarettes etc. so when they are released all the items listed can be released to them. We also need a ledger page for each inmate to log and balance their money accounts, as money is sent in and spent for commissary.

Inmate property records
Jail needs a section in the booking to log all personal property the inmate has a the time of the arrest, as well as a ledger section to keep track and balance their money as it is sent in from family and spent on commisary

Ability to make fields required
It would be helpful to have the AREA field set up to be a required field. Our Dispatch & Officers often breeze right through that field since it won’t stop them from saving the record if it isn’t filled in. That is a real disadvantage when I’m compiling reports for the Sheriff.

Need to have the ability to show two separate sentencings
Under Detention, if we have two offenses on one individual-1 in Justice Court and 1 in District Court-we need to have the ability to show two separate sentencings. Example: Sarah Schwab has been sentenced to two days of jail by Justice Court, but she is still waiting for her District Court hearing.

Show two or more service party names on one record
Under Civil – Civil Processes, I cannot show two or more Service Party names on one record. Often when I receive Civil Papers, they are to be served to someone as an individual AND as a business, or to a husband AND wife at the same address, etc. Since I cannot enter two names, I have to set up an “A” and “B” record with the same information just so NOVA will accept it. That’s a hassle when I have one check for $120 and I have to show two separate fees of $60 each (when I don’t have two…

New Vehicle Type
It would be great to be able to add SWIFT as a vehicle type so the agency can alert them that this was in the SWIFT system.

Vehicle Color Search Option
It would be very helpful to add a color field when searching for a vehicle in the Vehicles table. Witnesses often see the color and make of the vehicle, but not the license plate.

Address Autofill Options
Madison County is having an issue with address autofill that when the enter in "Wisconsin Creek Rd" or "Wet Georgia Rd" the system will default to the state abbreviation instead. The workaround for now is to "pin" the address, but this is happening enough where she can keep pinning all the affected addresses. They would like to have some control over the autofill to either get the system to stop doing this or have better control on how this is done.

Modify Civil Process Affidavit From
It would be useful to be able to make modifications to the civil process affidavit form. Attached is a case where the agency would like to not always have a signed notary section and include a sheriffs signature section.

Add a call created field when adding a new call
Please include a call created field when adding a new call. The agency may have a call open for awhile to get all the details then an officer calls and wants to know when the call was reported. They must close the call or take note immediately when the call is called in. See attached image for more details.

An idea ........ The report system saves ALL the information so you don't have to enter it multiple times and doesn't delete narratives. That sounds like a great idea to me.

Name info Transfer from CAD
Hello, Is it possible to have the name, number address etc automatically go to the Names side of the program. Example: when dispatch takes a call they type in the name of the caller and phone number. When they go into the names module the information is not there. Therefore duel entry is needed.

Department Documentation
After the call has been taken, the comments are pulled up to give information that a deputy. The comment section of the call has been reduced to one line. This means that we have to open the call as an edit in order to see all of the comment to give information to Law enforcement. Before the update we were able to see the entire comment whether it was one line or 5. We need to be able to see the entire comment when we pull up the call.

Dashboard Columns

Print Supplements

I would like to be able to print just supplements. Unfortunately the only way to print Supplemental reports is to print the whole report. when a Public Request for a report is made they are only entitled to the #1 report with narrative. As is when printing all the supplements print along with it. If you put just print page 1-5 of a 8 page report, and there is the beginning of a supplement on page 5 it gets printed along with the #110 votes -
IBR Validation
It would be helpful when validating a case if when validate is clicked, it would take you right to the validate section. An alternative would be to indicate as a prompt whether or not there are report errors. If a person sees that there are errors when validating an individual case then that person would automatically enter the edit screen and the error code would be present at the top of the screen.
