  2. Elapsed Time

    Add Elapsed Time for pending and active calls. Time since call had started being taken, created, dispatched, enroute, arrival, and completed. A total time elapsed field would also be nice

  3. Call Taking Order on New Call screen

    Fix the new call screen order. When taking a call the order we use is as follows: Address, Phone Number, Name, Nature. The new call screen however has the address towards the end and the comments and nature first. These fields need to be changed or at least customize-able to a departments needs.

  4. Provide an option for Report / Print Redactions with granular redaction controls.

    Provide options for report printing redaction with specific granular controls; or at least provide a method for personal information redaction.

  5. Allow attachments to be emailed with the report

    It would be nice when your emailing your report it would allow you to select what attachments, if any, you would like emailed also.

    Please add an insurance agency field and policy number field under vehicles. This will help with documentation of accidents.

  12. IBR Validation

    When validating your case file it would be nice if when an error occurred, you could click on the error and it would take you to the issue and highlight it so you know what needs to be changed.

    Be able to customize the on duty etc. to what your agency uses. We use 10-8 for on duty 10-10 for off duty 10-97 for arrived 10-98 for complete

  18. Allow to search on Time as well as Date for Between Search

    User found that he needs to search on Time when using the between search. Currently you can search on date, but often it seems you need to search on time and date.

  19. Allow Users to Delete Posts on Bulletin Board

    It would be nice or each user to have the ability to delete message posts and not have to rely on the sender to delete it.

  20. Bulletin Board Post Audio

    Can we have an audible tone which would notify each user when a new post has been made to the bulletin board? It would be nice to have a tone when a CFS has been assigned to a specific deputy. Or at least have it so each user can choose weather or not to select a tone.
