    Is there a way that ID Card can be included in the classifications on this (Names) page. This would allow Law Enforcement to know if it is valid Drivers License or ID Card

  2. IBR Validation

    After validation it would be nice to not have to scroll down to see if the case passed. Is it possible to give an indication whether or not there are errors in the same window that the validation notification takes place in? Thanks.

  3. Restrict Access to History

    On the history of the report written, it shows the changes made in a report. This could create a problem if the report when first written and then when better information is found later...these two can conflict. If the report shows this changes, it could be used against an officer in a court of law. Is there a way to either delete the changes and have them recorded in a background part that only the administration can see?

  4. Scheduler

    Are there any future plans for adding a schedule or calendar, to show who and when someone is working?

    Also, can you add a box on the dashboard so we can upload our work schedule as a pdf or excel file? Or maybe allow us to upload it in the "Bulletins" box?

  5. Civil Service Alerts

    Just an idea; could a Alert Title be added to state the name has a Civil Service attachment? Then after the papers have been served and it is noted in the system is it possible to have that record drop into a "served" or "closed" section?

  6. Traffic Stop Status

    Just a suggestion. When you click a deputy on a traffic stop, it should automatically put them as arrived, not en route. When they call in the TS, they are there, not going to a traffic stop. Shouldn't have to update their status once they are on the stop until it is complete. Thanks.

  7. Ability to change the key based on the date of the incident

    When entering in a Traffic Stop or Incident the month after it occurred (say if you enter it in September instead of August, when it occurred), there should be a way to change the Key number to reflect the actual month of occurrence, rather than the month the number was pulled. A good example would be if something occurred on the last day of the month and a number wasn't pulled until after midnight, it would reflect the next month.

  10. Adding a Subject to a Calls for Service

    Could a subject field be added to the calls for service tab. Be nice to tie all names to a call. Reporter and complainant fields are not the right fit in some cases.

  11. Having a search for inactive units

    what if on our " inactive units" box we had a place at the top to type in the unit number and it would pop up with the options for us to select from,, just like on our vehicle page when you start to type in a color,, it pops up with options,, it would make it sooooo much faster to put units on duty ,, there is too much to scroll thru !

  12. Add the ability to have local ID's for Jail booking

    Need to add a place to enter state arrest numbers on jail bookings. There is a place to enter FBI # & State# but not the Montana Arrest Number (MANS number). This number is the tracking number that is unique to each arrest and the state uses it to track the arrest cycle from time of arrest through disposition of the charge.

    Would be nice to be able to attach .zip files or more audio file types. Currently cant attach zip or .mp4.

  14. Add a related CFS and Incident section to CAD based on location

    We need a way to look up locations that have been put in calls. We need a tab under records that is just for locations. To see what calls, CFS's or incidents happened at that location. Property does not give locations.

  18. UCR Validation

    Is it possible for an officer to push a "check UCR" button that would validate to the patrol officer writing the report. Right now, only administrators can see whether or not it is valid to be accepted by UCR
