    Is it possible for an officer to push a "check UCR" button that would validate to the patrol officer writing the report. Right now, only administrators can see whether or not it is valid to be accepted by UCR

    CAD needs way to view resulting CFS, Incident, and Traffic Stop keys

    field users typically ask dispatchers for references to these key numbers, so dispatchers will need a way to view these quickly – thus:

    1. it should be included in the call card found in the view and other dialogs

    2. users should be able to view a call within the recent calls band without opening it up in edit mode (which won't have these reference keys)

    3. dispatch will need the capability to generate these reference keys before the call is closed

  19. Add Corrective Lenses to Glasses

    We need to add "Corrective Lenses" to the glasses section of people. We don't have information on drivers license returns that say whether they wear glasses or contact lenses, only that they have corrective lenses.

  20. Audible alert when a call come in to dispatch

    It would be nice for patrol units in the field to have an audible alert when a call comes in to dispatch (on the ready to dispatch screen). If your MDT screen is down, the alert would let you know there is a pending call on the board, and we could open the screen immediately to see whats coming in. An audible sound / animation would draw attention to those changes.
