Have a military timer at the top of the page
Add the ability to have a military timer at the top of the page. It is helpful when giving back the time to our officers.

Would like to have CAD timers flash to show changes.
One of the cases for CAD would be if an officer is called to a domestic we want to follow up with the officer after an amount of time is passed once they have arrived.

Allowing verbal warnings for citations
Would it be possible to allow violations to be added for a verbal warning? If we don't issue a written warning (our agency does not use them), it would be nice to be able to add what the individual was stopped for without having to type a narrative. That way we can pull statistics for each statute violated.

making city and state not required for addresses
When we input an address like a mile marker on the highway during a traffic stop it requires a city, state to be input as well. Can the city, state not be a mandatory field?

Entering Offenses in Bookings
From ihallenius ihallenius@madison.mt.gov
When entering offenses for a booking, it requires an Offense Code, but does not automatically fill in the code when a statute is added (such as theft, burglary, etc). It will be very difficult and error-prone if we rely on our field officers to properly input the correct offense code which correlates with the proper statute. Since the statutes are already cross-linked with the offense codes in the statute table, it should automatically pull that information from the statute table.

Traffic Stop Offenses
From ihallenius ihallenius@madison.mt.gov
When entering offenses for a traffic stop, it requires that the offense be coded as a misdemeanor or an infraction. In Montana law, there are some traffic laws which may be either a misdemeanor or a felony (for example DUI or criminal endangerment), depending on how many times the suspect has been arrested for an alcohol related offense in the past. The statute number is the same, but the offense may be coded as either a misdemeanor or a felony.
It would be helpful if it didn't require the offenses to be coded as a misdemeanor or…

Freeze pane
I really like the new freeze pane feature at the top of the screen, but I think it would be even better if the previous, next and return to search portion was included in it.

Reorder Narratives
It would be nice to be able to reorder narratives in a different sequence. There are times that the narrative can't be entered right away and other narratives get entered out of a logical sequence. If it would be possible to click and drag the narrative bar to a new position in sequence it would solve the issue. Thanks.

Redaction
As part of your efforts to provide avenues for redaction, I think you all should consider the ability to redact certain alerts. For example, if someone is labeled as a diabetic, that information should only be available to medical staff or law enforcement, not the citizen that requests report information. Thanks.

Ipad
I just bought an iPad. Citadex works great on the iPad but there are a couple of sections that don't work at all while using the iPad Safari browser. In the date of birth section I can't manually enter the data birth. I can select the date of birth by scrolling through the months and the years but it is extremely time-consuming. The other section that I am having issues with is the section that allows for manual entry of the date or time that the report was initiated. The browser won't let me change anything in the section with…

Locking Incidents
I think that it would be advantageous to be able to lock incidents so that they can't be altered. Access to reports can be made by administrative privileges or by the officer that created the report. Thanks.

Complainant and victim
Often times a complainant is a victim. Under the current system, there is no way to link the two other than to enter the person twice, once as a victim and once as a complainant. It might be a good idea to somehow put a button in to link the complainant as the victim. For example, when entering the complainant information, if there was a button or pull down menu that would allow the officer to associate the complainant as the victim "complainant is victim" button, then in the background link the associations together, it would save time and hassle…
