Traffic Stop Status

Just a suggestion. When you click a deputy on a traffic stop, it should automatically put them as arrived, not en route. When they call in the TS, they are there, not going to a traffic stop. Shouldn't have to update their status once they are on the stop until it is complete. Thanks.

Traffic stop status that are control form the traffic deputy officer that manage it whole city traffic according to rule and action.
