  2. Make "attachment" available to put on CFS

    I would like to see options available in the CALLS FOR SERVICE portion to be able to add attachments.

    Thanks for the suggestion! This functionality is completed and will be coming out with the next release of the software, April 20th, 2016.

  3. Link Multiples Units to One Vehicle

    Would be nice to be able to link multiple units when they are in the same vehicle. This would help when updating hourly status. This enhancement would be faster and less mouse work.

  5. Viewing Call Comments

    Like most of the new updates! One thing that is a problem, though, is that we cannot read the call comments on an active call. Only one line shows up and you can't expand on it. Have to go down to the recent calls to read the comments. We need to be able to pull up an active call that has been dispatched to read the comments quicker like before.

  6. Add a parking citations table

    How about a table to enter parking citations? Would help us to be able to tabulate and keep track of citations and parking warnings that are written for stat purposes, but which are not attached to a traffic violation incident/call for service, or a traffic stop (issued to a vehicle, not a person).

  7. "Quick Save" button on the Narratives tab

    It would be very helpful to have a "Quick Save" button on the Narratives tab, so that when you are typing a narrative, you can save the draft, in case your connection drops or you accidentally close the browser.

    The default inactivity settings are set to 30 minutes, but your administrator can now change this or completely deactivate it.

    The CAD layout spacing has been reduced. Font size can be adjusted on a browser level by holding ctrl and pressing the plus or minus buttons on the keyboard. If issues are encountered with that method, please report them.

  13. Permit Tracking

    It would be nice to have a better way to track Concealed Weapon Permits in Citadex. We have created a custom flag to go with the name, but would also like a way to show expiration of the CWP and maybe a way to notify us when the CWP is expiring.

  14. Night mode

    It would be nice to have a "night mode" setting, where the user can toggle a color scheme that is more conducive to using in a patrol vehicle at night. Darker colors, including a dark background, would help reduce eye strain and fatigue, and increase officer safety as it wouldn't illuminate the inside of a vehicle as brightly as a white colored background.

  15. Overall Search

    What do you think about a search box that searches through all sections, such as narratives, addresses, phones, etc? For example, if you are looking at a person's involvement history and you know there was some incident from a few months ago that involved that person, but it is not listed. You could run a general search with that person's name and find the missing incident with his name in the narrative text and then involve him so that it is included in his history.

    An advanced search option would be awesome with AND, OR, and WITHOUT options.

  16. DL Classification

    It would be nice to have an "ID only" option in the driver's license classifications. We come in to contact with quite a few people who just have an ID card and no DL.

    You can use the Local Id field to put in a State IDor ID only option for driver’s licenses.

  17. Inactive status

    It would be nice to have an "inactive" status option for our cold cases. They don't qualify as closed, but aren't exactly open if the case is not progressing. That way we have a method of filing our cold cases as well.

    Done! We added both an Inactive and Cold case status. You’re agency can decide on how they would like to label cold cases.

    The Local ID number sections can now be customized. An administrator may add or change any options in those pull down menus.

  19. Notes option in address

    It would be nice to have a note box in the address section, so that we could put details such as "parents house,"girlfriend's house," "summer home" etc.

    We’ve added that field on all address so that you can add notes.

  20. Photo Download

    We would really like to be able to download the photos included in incidents. Right now we are uploading the photos to the site but then we also have to save them in a separate location in case they need to be released to lawyers or the court.
