It would be nice to link offenses with citations. This way you do not need to re-enter data when adding citations.

Call Taking Order on New Call screen
Fix the new call screen order. When taking a call the order we use is as follows: Address, Phone Number, Name, Nature. The new call screen however has the address towards the end and the comments and nature first. These fields need to be changed or at least customize-able to a departments needs.

CAD customization
The ability to customize whether the location area defaults to Street Address or Place Name would make entering calls much faster.

non expiring or permanent veh plate
In Montana some vehicles have a permanent or non expiring plate. the ability to enter this information under expiration year would be nice. non exp, nx..perm etc

Option for Reading CAD call comments on CAD Dashboard
Please create an option for reading CAD call comments quickly and on the same screen.
I know that you are supposed to be able to do so when you click on comments. I would encourage you to find a call with LOTS of comments and try to read through them. The continuous relocation that occurs makes it VERY difficult to read them thoroughly. Thank you for your work towards creating a better CAD program. Create privilege to allow a user other than admin to create daily logs
BYUH is requesting a privilege to allow a specified user to create daily logs for other users. Currently only admins can do this.

Add a call created field when adding a new call
Please include a call created field when adding a new call. The agency may have a call open for awhile to get all the details then an officer calls and wants to know when the call was reported. They must close the call or take note immediately when the call is called in. See attached image for more details.
