  1. DL Scan & Alerting

    Ability to scan drivers licenses via handheld scanner, desk scanner, etc. to autofill call information (suspect, victim, complainant, etc. and auto check records.

    If records check alerts, on screen popup alert.

  2. Elapsed Time

    Add Elapsed Time for pending and active calls. Time since call had started being taken, created, dispatched, enroute, arrival, and completed. A total time elapsed field would also be nice

  3. Allow attachments to be emailed with the report

    It would be nice when your emailing your report it would allow you to select what attachments, if any, you would like emailed also.

  4. put the brands, along with the color of the animal and the location to where it was found with the owner and their contact information.

  5. IBR Validation

    When validating your case file it would be nice if when an error occurred, you could click on the error and it would take you to the issue and highlight it so you know what needs to be changed.

    Change location to a drop-down that we can modify via a code table and give ability to turn off location suggestions.

  7. Allow to search on Time as well as Date for Between Search

    User found that he needs to search on Time when using the between search. Currently you can search on date, but often it seems you need to search on time and date.

  8. Bulletin Board Post Audio

    Can we have an audible tone which would notify each user when a new post has been made to the bulletin board? It would be nice to have a tone when a CFS has been assigned to a specific deputy. Or at least have it so each user can choose weather or not to select a tone.

  9. Allow Users to Delete Posts on Bulletin Board

    It would be nice or each user to have the ability to delete message posts and not have to rely on the sender to delete it.

  11. Offline Mode

    Please allow work to be performed when there is no internet!!!!!!! It is very frustrating to have to put work on paper and then come back and log it into NOVA when NOVA doesn't want to work. It is also a liability issue and concern.

  12. Fix the traffic stop screen.

    allowing a traffic stop's data entry to start a new vehicle or new person if they are not in the system. OR, just remove the entry options in the bottom as they do not attach a vehicle or person.

  13. Show two or more service party names on one record

    Under Civil – Civil Processes, I cannot show two or more Service Party names on one record. Often when I receive Civil Papers, they are to be served to someone as an individual AND as a business, or to a husband AND wife at the same address, etc. Since I cannot enter two names, I have to set up an “A” and “B” record with the same information just so NOVA will accept it. That’s a hassle when I have one check for $120 and I have to show two separate fees of $60 each (when I don’t have two…

  14. Department Documentation

    After the call has been taken, the comments are pulled up to give information that a deputy. The comment section of the call has been reduced to one line. This means that we have to open the call as an edit in order to see all of the comment to give information to Law enforcement. Before the update we were able to see the entire comment whether it was one line or 5. We need to be able to see the entire comment when we pull up the call.

  15. I've been "Nova'd"

    An idea ........ The report system saves ALL the information so you don't have to enter it multiple times and doesn't delete narratives. That sounds like a great idea to me.

  16. IBR Validation

    After validation it would be nice to not have to scroll down to see if the case passed. Is it possible to give an indication whether or not there are errors in the same window that the validation notification takes place in? Thanks.

  17. Civil Service Alerts

    Just an idea; could a Alert Title be added to state the name has a Civil Service attachment? Then after the papers have been served and it is noted in the system is it possible to have that record drop into a "served" or "closed" section?

  18. Adding a Subject to a Calls for Service

    Could a subject field be added to the calls for service tab. Be nice to tie all names to a call. Reporter and complainant fields are not the right fit in some cases.
