  1. Redaction

    As part of your efforts to provide avenues for redaction, I think you all should consider the ability to redact certain alerts. For example, if someone is labeled as a diabetic, that information should only be available to medical staff or law enforcement, not the citizen that requests report information. Thanks.

  2. Reorder Narratives

    It would be nice to be able to reorder narratives in a different sequence. There are times that the narrative can't be entered right away and other narratives get entered out of a logical sequence. If it would be possible to click and drag the narrative bar to a new position in sequence it would solve the issue. Thanks.

  3. Ipad

    I just bought an iPad. Citadex works great on the iPad but there are a couple of sections that don't work at all while using the iPad Safari browser. In the date of birth section I can't manually enter the data birth. I can select the date of birth by scrolling through the months and the years but it is extremely time-consuming. The other section that I am having issues with is the section that allows for manual entry of the date or time that the report was initiated.   7. CAD Sidebar with alerts & on-scene button

    Have a side bar for CAD that flashes and makes a tone (Configurable) so when a new call is assigned, all you have to do is click or touch one button to take you to the call. Allow options for updating status as well such as an 'on scene' button.

  9. DL Scan & Alerting

    Ability to scan drivers licenses via handheld scanner, desk scanner, etc. to autofill call information (suspect, victim, complainant, etc. and auto check records.

  10. Elapsed Time

    Add Elapsed Time for pending and active calls. Time since call had started being taken, created, dispatched, enroute, arrival, and completed. A total time elapsed field would also be nice

  13. IBR Validation

    When validating your case file it would be nice if when an error occurred, you could click on the error and it would take you to the issue and highlight it so you know what needs to be changed.

  15. Allow to search on Time as well as Date for Between Search

    User found that he needs to search on Time when using the between search. Currently you can search on date, but often it seems you need to search on time and date.

  16. Bulletin Board Post Audio

    Can we have an audible tone which would notify each user when a new post has been made to the bulletin board? It would be nice to have a tone when a CFS has been assigned to a specific deputy. Or at least have it so each user can choose weather or not to select a tone.

  19. Offline Mode

    Please allow work to be performed when there is no internet!!!!!!! It is very frustrating to have to put work on paper and then come back and log it into NOVA when NOVA doesn't want to work. It is also a liability issue and concern.

  20. Fix the traffic stop screen.

    allowing a traffic stop's data entry to start a new vehicle or new person if they are not in the system. OR, just remove the entry options in the bottom as they do not attach a vehicle or person.
