2. Offline Mode

   Please allow work to be performed when there is no internet!!!!!!! It is very frustrating to have to put work on paper and then come back and log it into NOVA when NOVA doesn't want to work. It is also a liability issue and concern.

   allowing a traffic stop's data entry to start a new vehicle or new person if they are not in the system. OR, just remove the entry options in the bottom as they do not attach a vehicle or person.

4. Show two or more service party names on one record

   Under Civil – Civil Processes, I cannot show two or more Service Party names on one record. Often when I receive Civil Papers, they are to be served to someone as an individual AND as a business, or to a husband AND wife at the same address, etc. Since I cannot enter two names, I have to set up an “A” and “B” record with the same information just so NOVA will accept it. That’s a hassle when I have one check for $120 and I have to show two separate fees of $60 each (when I don’t have two $60 checks for my audits). The court case allows me to have more than one defendant, and I can list more than one service location (such as home and work address), so having more than one service party is needed, too.

5. Department Documentation

   After the call has been taken, the comments are pulled up to give information that a deputy. The comment section of the call has been reduced to one line. This means that we have to open the call as an edit in order to see all of the comment to give information to Law enforcement. Before the update we were able to see the entire comment whether it was one line or 5. We need to be able to see the entire comment when we pull up the call.

    CAD needs way to view resulting CFS, Incident, and Traffic Stop keys

    field users typically ask dispatchers for references to these key numbers, so dispatchers will need a way to view these quickly – thus:

    1. it should be included in the call card found in the view and other dialogs

    2. users should be able to view a call within the recent calls band without opening it up in edit mode (which won't have these reference keys)

    3. dispatch will need the capability to generate these reference keys before the call is closed

    Alert section needs to be changed to allow you to attach various alerts on an inmate during incarceration . if they become suicidal, violent tendencies etc. when there is an alert on an inmate there should be a red flag indicating so.
