Add the ability to Reopen a Call
How do more people not have this issue? We should be able to re-open a call if needed and work on that job instead of creating a new one for the same incident.

Respond to these posts in a timely manner.
Some of the posts are years old and have no feedback even if they aren’t going to be implemented or explored. Remove old ideas and respond to the community so we at least know you’re listening to your customers!

have involvements populate on both the name (vehicle, etc.) screen and the report screen whenever a record is involved with the report.
Currently name (vehicle, etc.) records do not show involvements unless they are manually added to the name record even though they are listed in a CFS, TS, etc.

Eliminate the citation number field when the "Verbal Warning" option is selected.
It is a verbal warning, so a citation number doesn't exist. However, the "citation number" field is mandatory with the record entry the way it is now.

Add times to When Occurred field; not just the date!
Please add the ability to specify a time of day when searching Records, Call History or Calls For Service. For example, I need to know how many calls we get between the hours of 2300-0600. How do I do this without having to manually count each call?

Add Warrants
Add Warrants for the offender. Have it pop up with "warrant" on the screen when the offender is entered into the ticket. Proactive safety for responding officers.

Highlight changes in the History section of reports.
In the history section of Incidents it would be nice to have the changes made highlighted. I.E. I write up a report and send it to my Supervisor to proof read. When he's done I go and look at the history to see what changes he may have made and where I can improve. Currently especially with the narrative it is hard to see slight changes in the text even with a side by side view.
