Inactive units should be broken down into tabs
It would be nice if under the inactive units the units were broken down into tabs Law, Fire, EMT, etc.

Alerts Section for Inmates
Alert section needs to be changed to allow you to attach various alerts on an inmate during incarceration . if they become suicidal, violent tendencies etc. when there is an alert on an inmate there should be a red flag indicating so.

Unknown Expiration Date on Drivers License
Could you add an ability to put down unknown expiration date on drivers license? If a person had a dl and then got suspended the expiration date is sometimes removed from cjin returns.

Ability to make fields required
It would be helpful to have the AREA field set up to be a required field. Our Dispatch & Officers often breeze right through that field since it won’t stop them from saving the record if it isn’t filled in. That is a real disadvantage when I’m compiling reports for the Sheriff.

Need to have the ability to show two separate sentencings
Under Detention, if we have two offenses on one individual-1 in Justice Court and 1 in District Court-we need to have the ability to show two separate sentencings. Example: Sarah Schwab has been sentenced to two days of jail by Justice Court, but she is still waiting for her District Court hearing.

New Vehicle Type
It would be great to be able to add SWIFT as a vehicle type so the agency can alert them that this was in the SWIFT system.

Vehicle Color Search Option
It would be very helpful to add a color field when searching for a vehicle in the Vehicles table. Witnesses often see the color and make of the vehicle, but not the license plate.

Address Autofill Options
Madison County is having an issue with address autofill that when the enter in "Wisconsin Creek Rd" or "Wet Georgia Rd" the system will default to the state abbreviation instead. The workaround for now is to "pin" the address, but this is happening enough where she can keep pinning all the affected addresses. They would like to have some control over the autofill to either get the system to stop doing this or have better control on how this is done.

Modify Civil Process Affidavit From
It would be useful to be able to make modifications to the civil process affidavit form. Attached is a case where the agency would like to not always have a signed notary section and include a sheriffs signature section.

Dashboard Columns

ID Card Classification

Restrict Access to History
On the history of the report written, it shows the changes made in a report. This could create a problem if the report when first written and then when better information is found later...these two can conflict. If the report shows this changes, it could be used against an officer in a court of law. Is there a way to either delete the changes and have them recorded in a background part that only the administration can see?

Traffic Stop Status

Just a suggestion. When you click a deputy on a traffic stop, it should automatically put them as arrived, not en route. When they call in the TS, they are there, not going to a traffic stop. Shouldn't have to update their status once they are on the stop until it is complete. Thanks.0 votes -
Ability to change the key based on the date of the incident
When entering in a Traffic Stop or Incident the month after it occurred (say if you enter it in September instead of August, when it occurred), there should be a way to change the Key number to reflect the actual month of occurrence, rather than the month the number was pulled. A good example would be if something occurred on the last day of the month and a number wasn't pulled until after midnight, it would reflect the next month.

Having a search for inactive units
what if on our " inactive units" box we had a place at the top to type in the unit number and it would pop up with the options for us to select from,, just like on our vehicle page when you start to type in a color,, it pops up with options,, it would make it sooooo much faster to put units on duty ,, there is too much to scroll thru !
