Export Incident Information and Files
It would be great if we had the ability to go into an incident and under the print button (or somewhere you saw fit) have the option to download the entire report package for saving to a disk. The current report format is awesome, in fact or county attorneys office commented on how they love the format. However, when we send them a case for review they need the actual files for the pictures and other attachments. So it would be nice to have the ability to not have to go into the inc and download everything individually. If there was a way to download all the files and the report into a packet or folder that could them be burned or saved to a drive and send to them it would be fantastic.

Today our undersheriff wanted to share a report over email and he wanted it in the same format that it prints out as, not in the format that it gets emailed as. So, after he generated a report, he selected to print it and in the pop up print window, he changed the "send to" option from our printer to a "save as PDF" and this enabled him to save the report in that format, and then he sent the PDF format over email. I hope this is helpful.
