It would be nice to be able to upload PDFs of documents such as statements and supplemental reports from another agency to an incident. To go along with that, we could package the documents and an automatic PDF of the incident report into a zip file or something as an email attachment.

You can now upload (and then download) PDFs, work documents, excel documents, etc. to any record that supports attachments.

Maybe add to this an uploader for audio from interviews.
