Complainant and victim
Often times a complainant is a victim. Under the current system, there is no way to link the two other than to enter the person twice, once as a victim and once as a complainant. It might be a good idea to somehow put a button in to link the complainant as the victim. For example, when entering the complainant information, if there was a button or pull down menu that would allow the officer to associate the complainant as the victim "complainant is victim" button, then in the background link the associations together, it would save time and hassle with putting in the same information in two separate fields. This is a true idea to be of use, in other software; there was always a task for repeating info. because of not enough space to record the information for the user.
