Using the My Items and My Supervisory Items Areas of the Dashboard Screen

The My Items and My Supervisory Items areas of the Dashboard screen display the items that the current user needs to work with. Each area is divided into the following tabs:
  • Active: Displays a list of the Calls for Service, Incident, and Traffic Stop records, if any, to which the user is assigned as the responsible officer. Only records with the status of ActivePendingReopened, or Warrant are displayed. Click a record to open the record.
  • Workflow: Displays a list of records, if any, to which the user is assigned to complete the workflow. Click a record to open the record.
  • Daily Logs: Displays a list of logs of actions the user has performed. Click a record to open the Daily Log Search screen.
  • Statistics: Displays totals of the records the user is assigned to as the responsible officer, separated by record type and time period. Click a number link to open the appropriate Search screen with the Results area filtered to display the records included in the statistic. Click a record type link to open the appropriate Search screen with the Results area filtered to display only the records in which the user is the responsible officer.

    NOTE: The My Supervisory Items area is displayed only for users who have been given supervisory roles in the system, such as administrators. The My Supervisory Items area does not display the Statistics tab.

    TIP: Click the Gear icon to change which columns are displayed on the current tab.
