Fields in the Visitation Tab in the Visitation Screen

The Visitation tab on the Adding New Visitation and Editing Visitation screens contains the following fields, which are separated by area.

Visitation Details area

Use the Visitation Details area to track basic information about the visit.
  • Type: Select the type of visitation. 
  • No End Time Required check box: To specify that the visit does not need an end time, select this check box. This applies particularly to incoming or outgoing mail.
  • Visitation Start Time: Enter or select the date and time the visit is to start.
  • Visitation End Time: Enter or select the date and time the visit is to end. If the No End Time Required check box is selected, then this field is not available.

Local ID Numbers area

Use the Local ID Numbers area to track local identification numbers for the visit.
  • Type: Select the type of identification number. Your administrator creates the types.
  • Number: Enter the identification number.

Visitors area

Use the Visitors area to track the visiting entity. 

To add visitor information, locate the record to link to the Visitation record. See the article "Connecting Records."

Visitees area

Use the Visitees area to track the visited entity.

To add visitee information, locate the record to link to the Visitation record. See the article "Connecting Records."
