Using the Arrests and Referrals for Disciplinary Action Area in the Clery Report Screen

The Arrest and Referrals for Disciplinary Action area in the Clery Report screen displays Incident records of arrests or referrals for disciplinary action.

For an Incident record to be displayed in this area, it must have one of the following Offense codes:
  • 35A Drug Possession and Drug Sale/Manufacture
  • 35B Drug Equipment/Paraphernalia
  • 90G Alcohol/Liquor Law Violations (all types)
  • 520 Weapon Offense (all types)
In addition, for the report to be valid, the incident must have one of the following dispositions:
Referred for Disciplinary Action or Cleared. If the disposition is Cleared, then one of the following Clearance codes is needed: Arrest or Juvenile Arrest.

The Arrest and Referrals for Disciplinary Action area contains the following additional column: 
  • Clearance: Displays the Clearance code of the incident. Only Incident records with a disposition of Cleared have Clearance codes.
