Using the My Reports Screen

When a report is saved, it can be accessed again from the My Reports screen. Saved reports can be run again without having to re-enter the search criteria, as well as be shared with other users.

To open the My Reports screen, from the menu bar, select Reports > My Reports. The My Reports screen opens. The Results area displays all saved reports that have been created by or shared with the current user.

To search for a saved report:
  1. In the Filters area, enter your search criteria:
  2. Click Search. The Results area displays the matching reports.
  3. To run the saved report, click Run. The appropriate Report screen opens with the report.
  4. To share the report, click Share. The Share Report window opens with a list of available users. Select the check box  for each user with whom to share the report. To select all users, select Select All.

    NOTE
    : Only the creator of the saved report can share the report. If a user does not have View privileges for a module, then reports that use that module cannot be shared with that user.

  5. To use the report on the Statistics dashboard, click Display on Dashboard. To disable its use, click Display on Dashboard again. 

    NOTE: If a report is currently in use on the Statistics dashboard, it must be removed from that dashboard before you can disable its use, 

  6. To delete the report, click Delete. The Delete Report confirmation window opens. To delete the report, click Delete. Otherwise, click Cancel.

NOTE: Only the creator of a saved report can delete the report.
