Release Notes for November 2020

The November 2020 release of the software contains the following notable features and fixes:

Ally Branding
  • The Nova branding is being discontinued, and replaced with AllyGov. The login URL has already been updated, and now application's UI will also be updated to the new Ally branding.
  • This change has no effect on software functionality - it is only a change of branding.
Misc. Fixes and Changes
  • If a Call for Service record has a Code Gray or Workplace Violence, and then it is converted to an Incident, the Code Gray and Workplace Violence fields were not taken over. This has been resolved.
  • When a record is printed, the agency info at the top right of the screen contained some information from the overall tenant and some from the agency doing the printing - so it would not match all of the printing agency's information. Now, the print option will display information only from the agency as long as it is available.
