Release Notes for May 2020
Workplace Violence Field
- Workplace Violence can now be tracked on Calls for Service and Incidents, with the addition of a Workplace Violence checkbox.
- Along with this checkbox is a drop-down field where administrators can customize the type of Workplace Violence, so users can specify the type on the Call for Service or Incident.
- Filters have also been added to the search page to easily find events that are considered Workplace Violence, and a new Statistic Type has been added so users can run reports to see which types of Workplace Violence are most common.
- This functionality is available for free as part of your Ally subscription, but it must be enabled before it can be utilized. Please contact Ally support if you would like this feature enabled.
- Like Workplace Violence, Code Grays can also be tracked on Calls for Service and Incidents. Code Gray is only a checkbox and a filter on the list page; it does not have a customizable drop-down field or a Statistic Type.
- Since Code Gray is typically only used by healthcare organizations, the checkbox is hidden by default. Like Workplace Violence, the Code Gray checkbox is available for free, and Ally support can enable the functionality.
Misc. Fixes and Changes
- The My Reports list page would occasionally not paginate correctly, sometimes making the user go to the second or third page to see all of their saved reports. This has been resolved.
- Legends on dashboard statistics would get cut off at the bottom of the graph, so users could not see each of the items in the legend. A scrollbar has been added so all items can now be seen.
- Images in the Other Images section were scaled up, and thus became blurry. We've change them to no longer scale, so the images are not blurry.
