Avigilon Webhooks

• Ally's integration with Avigilon Control Center has been improved with a new connection option.
• Administrators can now choose to use the existing method - called the Listener - or this new method that utilizes Webhooks. Webhooks offer simpler setup, increased security, and improved stability.
• The Webhooks implementation requires ACC version 7.4 or above.
