Using the Statistics Dashboard

Use the Statistics dashboard to view statistics for your tenant. If you have multiple agencies on your tenant, reports can come from any and all of them. If you have permissions, you can also add up to eight reports to the dashboard.

To view the Statistics dashboard, from the Dashboard screen (the home page), select Statistics. 

To refresh all statistics on the dashboard, click Refresh All

Before you can add a report to the dashboard, it must be marked for use in the Statistics dashboard. 

To mark a report for use in the dashboard:
  1. Create a report. For more information, see "Creating Statistical Reports."
  2. From the My Reports screen, locate the report in the list. For more information, see "Using the My Reports Screen."
  3. Click the Display on Dashboard icon. 
  4. To disable use of a report on the dashboard, click Display on Dashboard again.
To add a report to the dashboard:
  1. From the Statistics dashboard, click Add Statistic, or select the plus sign in the report area.
  2. Select the report. The list contains only those reports that are marked for use in the dashboard. 
  3. Select the height and width of the report area. 
  4. Click Save
To refresh a specific report, click the Refresh icon in that report area.

To edit a report, click More and then select Edit.

To remove a report from the dashboard, click More and then select Remove. The report is removed from the dashboard, but not from the My Reports screen.
