Setting Up Preferences for Push-To-Talk (PTT)

Your agency can choose whether contacts or talkgroups are listed first for Push-To-Talk functionality.

To set up your agency's preference:
  1. From the menu bar of any screen, click the Gear icon, and then select Admin to open the Administration dashboard.
  2. From the App Settings menu, select Integration Settings.
  3. In the PTT Settings area, in the PTT Contact List Order field, select whether contacts or talkgroups are listed first.
  4. Click Save to save your selection.
