Using the CAD Map

Use the CAD map to view and add calls. Any pending or active call that has latitude/longitude coordinates appears on the map. Calls are indicated by a pin on the map.

To view more details about a call, click the pin. A window appears with more details about the call. From the window, click Edit Call to edit the call, or click Dispatch to dispatch the call. 

To add a new call, right-click the map. The Add a New Call window opens. Complete the fields, and then click Save.
