Release Notes for May 2018
The May 2018 release of the software contains the following notable features and fixes:
- On CAD, when creating a new Traffic Stop call, dispatchers will now be creating a Name record immediately when the Call is saved
- Previous to this, a temporary name was added to the call, and the dispatcher needed to go to the Traffic Stop record and manually tell it to create a Name record from the information provided
- This should speed up the dispatcher's job, and reduce the possible error points, which should resolve some issues customers may have been experiencing
- "Reset Passwords and Unlock Accounts" was added as a Privilege
- By using this privilege, Admins are able to allow other users the ability to reset other user's passwords and unlock their accounts
- This privilege was requested so that individual site admins could unlock accounts, rather than relying on only system administrators being able to perform that function
