Release Notes for March 2018

The March 2018 release of the software contains the following notable features and fixes:

Agency Partitioning
  • If enabled, will automatically filter list pages and CAD
  • Non-admin users will only see their agency’s records
  • Administrators will see all records and can filter down by agency
  • Regardless of user type (admin or non), the CAD page will automatically filter Calls and Units
  • Available for most modules
Report Templates
  • Added a new admin module called Report Templates, located under Utilities
  • Allows for the creation of custom reports that can be applied on the Report (formerly Print) page
  • Available on the Names module, but may expand to other modules by request
Agency Time Zones
  • Date/time fields on the software will now display in the user’s time zone, if the agency has selected a time zone
  • A time zone field has been added to the Agency page
  • If no agency time zone has been selected, the software will use the time zone set on initial sign-up
  • CAD will continue to use the time zone of the user’s computer
CAD UI Cleanup
  • Removed CAD activity log section
  • Moved Recently Closed Calls to a tab next to Active Calls
Misc. Fixes and Changes
  • Increased text limit on Daily Logs notes field from 255 characters to 10,000 characters
  • Fixed issue with agency logo not fitting on print page
  • Fixed issue with agency name not fitting on print page
  • Fixed sorting for age ranges on Names
  • Responsible Officer is now populated by default on new Call for Service records
