    Having issues with adding contacts to incidents. Have to restart application and webpage several times. Have tried to use internet explorer.

  10. You should be able to remove a unit from a call and keep the call active in the que

    Now if a unit is assigned to a non-urgent call you cannot clear the unit and reassign them to a hot call without clearing the call which may not actually be completed because you diverted the unit from the call.
