You should be able to reactive a cleared call for service from history.
Now you either have to create a new call or add information to the cleared call by editing it. There are times when a call may be cleared accidentally and if it has been you can't bring it back to the active dispatch screen to assign a unit.

Now if a unit is assigned to a non-urgent call you cannot clear the unit and reassign them to a hot call without clearing the call which may not actually be completed because you diverted the unit from the call.

Button to refresh GPS location.
GPS is very inaccurate and could use a button to refresh the location within the location screen.
