• CFS Comments are being updated to allow for better printing when comments are on page 2.
• Bulletin Board update to resolve issue with some customers seeing Bulletin Board Post stuck in loading.
• Adding a Shift change button to CAD - to the left of the update status button. This will allow for putting multiple units on shift or take multiple units off shift at once.
• Option to auto close CFS created from CAD Calls, when the CAD call is closed you can set Ally to auto close the CFS. See image 2 below for pic of the setting in Admin -> CAD Settings to ensure this.
• Updates to how addresses are handled behind the scenes to resolve an issue with errors when users are working with an address and someone else has the address record open.
• Update to searching and reports to better handle Daylight savings time
• Resolve an issue with the Chemical Test code table with expired codes still appearing.
• Adding Area to Quick call in CAD - image 3 below
