Release Notes for October 2021
Clery Daily Report
- A Clery Daily Report option has been added on the Clery Report page Actions drop-down. By selecting this option, users can generate a Daily Report of all Incidents.
- The report allows you to select the date you wish to generate the report for, defaulting to yesterday. This report goes off the When Reported field on the Incident.
- The report contains the following fields: Key, Nature, Offense, When Reported, When Occurred, Location, and Disposition.
- Note that the Location field only displays a Place and will never display an address. If there is no selected Place on the Incident, the Location field will be blank.
- Clery no longer counts a Burglary as a single count on the Clery Report. When a Burglary is selected as the Offense of an Incident, the "Number of Premises Entered" field appears. Clery now uses that "Number of Premises Entered" field for the count on the Clery report. If a burglar broke into a dorm room suite containing five rooms, that event could now be a single Incident with one Burglary offense and 5 premises entered.
- The Clery Summary was showing inconsistent counts on the Clery Report page. This inconsistency has been corrected. This issue did not affected the generated report; the generated Clery Report was and continues to report as expected.
Misc. Fixes and Changes
- On the Integration Settings page, adding a trailing slash in URL field prevented the ACC integration from working. This has been updated to work with or without a trailing slash.
- On the CAD page, the Dispatch modal could be very large, and with a screen with smaller resolution the buttons would be cut off. A scroll bar has been added to the modal in the case of the buttons being cut off.
- If an ACC site was set up with a server cluster, video would not play within Ally from any server after the first in the cluster. This was caused by a timing issue, and auto-retry logic has been added when the initial video request is denied.
- The Last Sign-in field on the User Profile page is a date that was displayed in GMT. This has been updated to display in the user's time zone.
- An error occurred on the Incident search when a dynamic range was used as a filter and Ethnicity was used as a Statistic type. This error has been resolved.
