Release Notes for October 2019

The October 2019 release of the software contains the following notable features and fixes:

Statistics Enhancements
  • Continued improving the software's statistics capabilities, expanding statistics to more modules and fields, and adding improvements along the way.
  • Key additions include:
     - Statistics for Call History
     - Statistics for Arrests
     - Statistics for Field Interviews
     - Statistics for Maintenance
     - Duration statistics for Daily Logs
     - Various statistics for Incidents
  • Decimal-based statistics were also cleaned up to now round to two digits at most.
Local IDs
  • Added Local IDs to Maintenance.
  • Added Local IDs search to Calls for Service, Traffic Stops, and Maintenance.
Misc. Fixes and Changes
  • After a notification is sent, if the user chooses to immediately send another notification, all fields will default to the previously sent configuration.  This allows a user to more quickly send slight variations of notification messages.
  • Added clustering of heat map items when multiple pins are grouped in one area and would otherwise overlap.
  • Added latitude and longitude fields onto the spreadsheet export for Calls for Service, Traffic Stops, Incidents, Field Interviews, and Maintenance records.
  • The Field Interviews spreadsheet export now includes the Comments field.
  • A How Received field has been added to the filters and results sections on the Calls for Service list page.
  • Fixed an issue where administrators were not seeing all Place records. Administrators should now always see all Places.
  • Resolved an issue where Daily Logs were impossible to use in mobile mode.
