Viewing Calls and Units for Multiple Agencies

As an administrator, if your agency has set up agency partitioning, you can view the status of all units and calls for all agencies. While you are viewing dispatch for multiple agencies, all units and calls are view-only. 

To view calls and units for multiple agencies:
  1. From the Dispatch or Calls screen, in the upper-left corner, select the Show All Agencies check box.
    The Dispath screen opens, and shows all calls and units for all agencies on your tenant. 
  2. To view details about a call or unit, click it, and then select View
    A window opens with more details about the call or unit. 
  3. Click OK to close the window.
  4. To stop viewing dispatch for multiple agencies, clear the Show All Agencies check box.
