Activating Units

To activate a unit:
  1. In the Inactive Units area on the Dispatch screen, locate the unit. The tabs organize the units by type.
  2. Click the unit, and then select Activate from the list. The unit is moved to the Active Units area, with a status of On Duty.
NOTE: A unit is also activated and moved to the Active Units area if the status of the inactive unit is updated by clicking the unit, and then selecting Update Status from the list. See the article "Updating the Status of Units."

To inactivate a unit:
  1. In the Active Units area on the Dispatch screen, locate the unit. The tabs organize the units by type.
  2. Click the unit, and then select Inactivate from the list. The unit is moved to the Inactive Units area.
